I made replacement icons as I find the default ones too simple-looking for me (No offense). So I created replacements.
Extract the zip file.
Open a new Finder window, goto applications folder>iAntivirus>Right-click on iAntivirus.app and select 'Show Package Contents'>Resources.
Copy replacement files and paste into the Resources folder. When asked to replace press yes. Enter password if prompted.
Notes: Updating might return icons to defaults, I have yet to test the icons on future updates.
You'll need to be in an administrator account to do this.
