Help, some emails coming through blank???

I just recently installed PC Tools Antivirus on this machine. I am running Thunderbird email and some mail is coming through just fine...however, I received some mail from a yahoo account that came through blank (other than the message that PC Tools scanned clean). Same for a newsletter email from a specific url. Yet, if I turn off email intelliguard, the messages come through fine. I have not had this problem on other machines I have installed this on. What would be causing this and how do we fix it?

The email with no content was probably a html based email, rather than a text based email. There is a history of problems with this, I'm not sure if it was resolved. If you rely on receiving this email I suggest you disable Email Guard, any threats that you receive will still be detected either by File Guard or Memory Guard if they run.

To "fix" the blanking of emails it may be enough to just turn off the insertion of the PC Tools message.
