Getting error when check smart update

I am getting error while checking smart update for Browser Defender.

" update fail"

please let me know what I have to do,
I have new version 2.0.5.99

Hi Sam,

I tried to recreate this problem, but was no successful. Could you make sure you have an internet connection and try uninstalling and reinstalling BD, then try running another update.

Just to let you know that at the moment there are no updates for BD but you should receive the message "Browser Defender Toolbar is up-to-date".
