Hi
Any email that is received through SMTP/POP3/IMAP4 is scanned by PC Tools Antivirus, it is email editor independant.
Hope that helps

The thing is that i do not see the message taggings on my outgoing and incoming emails when i send to myself. i marked both outgoing and incoming for message tagging and the rest of email guard are at its default settings.
Also, at times, i get some of the following errors after enabling/disabling message tagging in email guard.
Error signature
AppName: nclmsbtsrv.exe AppVer: 7.0.11.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00c427dd

szAppName : ServiceLayer.exe szAppVer : 7.0.110.0 szModName : unknown

Error signature
szAppName : NclUSBSrv.exe szAppVer : 7.0.11.0 szModName : unknown
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00c427bd
In addition, google chrome may crash.

An update. modifying the settings of the rest of the guards also produces the same problems.

Hi
This list of processes above is not PC Tools processes. I'm not sure why the emails aren't being tagged, could be that it can't tag them for that email client. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling PC Tools AV to see if that resolves this?

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help T_T. The problem came back after the reboot.
This problem affects any program running other than itself and those in the notification area.
Those programs will work fine as long as i do not modify anything in the intelliguard.
