New Virus Threat via email From "Carol " Do you know carol ???

First of all
Happy New Year to Everyone
Today I have received one email from a long lost friend name Carol :) ...by the way...who the heck is that carol ? i dont even know..however..just pursued the message in my inbox and found out that it was a new years card...wow isnt that great !!!! so, as i opend the link it took me a e-card website. God..everything that i click on that website ..it want me to download a small .exe file ...and thanks to Panda antivirus system...it neutralized the virus right away. However, I am a big fan of pctools products...but recently it make me really upset on some spyware that i was totally unable to track it down in my pc with both pc tools antivirus system and spyware product. Finally i got read of it with NORMAN malware tools. yeah, many of you are actually aware of this malware " windows antivirus system 2008/2009 " this malware pops in almost every places in the browser and rapidly spreads that infection like a crazy Dog.

Here i am posting CAROLS message and sent link to me , Hoping that pctools will analyze the problem and solve is as quickly as possible :

Someone should Find and Notify the domain holder for whoever is spreading the virus and take appropiate action on this.

will some one do that ???

Posting an active malicious link on the forum, is not quite what I would recommend. :mad:
However that kind of 'scams' pops up ever now and then, and are normally 'spammed' out by a decent e-mail anti spam program.
Get them from time to time in my Yahoo Pro spam box.
