File Recover terminates on Fatal Error

I'm receiving this error of file recover startup

"Can't load logger MSXML4 isn't installed" (I've attached the screen snap.

msxml4.dll is resident on my system and in file recover's program files folder.

I'm running 7.0.0.38. If I uninstall and reinstall, it works fine until I logout. When I log back in I receive the error and have to reinstall every time I logout and back in again.

Any clue what could be causing this?

Hi Tom,

Could you please try the following.
1. Click on 'start', 'run'
2. Type in regsvr32 msxml4.dll and press 'enter'
Now please reboot the PC and try running File Recover again.
