Spyware Doctor problem

having gone through my pc i am infected with Trojan_agent and Adware_Baidu

to remove Trojan_agent the web tells me to use PC Tools Spyware Doctor to eliminate, Spyware Doctor does not pick this up

http://www.pctools.com/mrc/infections/id/Trojan.Agent/

using Max Secure Spyware Detector it shows the two above infections, after formatting my pc, installing all programs these infections still come back

re formatted pc again, going through each and every program seperatly as i install to check, everything is ok, until i re install PC Tools Spyware Doctor, thats when the infections get picked up again by Max Secure Spyware Detector, not happy with this as i think PC Tools Spyware Doctor is a very good tool and works very well

my question is, where are these infections coming from, are they embedded into PC Tools Spyware Doctor, afraid i may have to cancell my renew subscription if this cant be sorted out, but i know i willl miss the program if i do

Also how do i know if Spyware Doctor where i download the program from is from a genuine site, after all there are a lot of affiliates selling the program http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=6367

http://www.anti-spyware-101.com/remove-adwarebaidu

note, i have been directed to a Chinese site, ie, when i have done a search on google, click on search, it's all in Chinese, but that only happened a couple of times, around the time of the Chinese web attack on Microsoft IE 7 a couple of weeks ago, this is when it all happened

i am using IE 7

below is the Max Secure Spyware Detector results

update
i managed to remove the trojan agent and the Adware_Baidu by using Max Secure in safe mode.

now this is what happens next, see below, i now have to remove Spyware Doctor till you come up with an answer

I would hazard a guess that is is a false positive from Max Secure Spyware Protector, unless you did not download Spyware Doctor from PCTOOLS.COM

You might want to double check the scan results with a program like Malwarebytes Antimalware or Superantispyware.

Make sure that you uninstall Spyware Doctor, make sure that program files has no spyware doctor folder, then re-install.

You should probably submit the FP to Max Secure Spyware Protector.

Call it FP or 'marketing detection'. You will find it in most anti-programs when first scanning. Who would by a program that does not find anything Your 'old' one does not find?
When first installing SD/AV on my second comp it screamed out a high-risk infection that McAffee never had found before. Proved out to be part of a bundled software: My Way Search assistant that is included in all Dells!
Always try to find the location of the indicated infection, that might give You an answer/hint real or not.
