dial-up settings

I have a number of dial-up users on my system. However they all know all there is to know about IT. When they try to dial in and get a busy line the 'settings' button on the dialog box is highlighted inviting them to play with the settings. I need to know is there a way to hide/disable this button to stop these people from playing and changing the settings. Thus stopping them complaining about their machines not working and being in the workshop too long.
