What is this? This message comes up after my last virus/spyware battle. If bad how do I get rid of it?

Dr. Watson is a tool from Microsoft that is used to dbug system problems. I think that you may still have malware issues.

If you are familiar with HiJack this, you should run it and look for abnormalities.
