I am having trouble logging in to PC Tools My Account

I have reset my password, entered it on the log in screen along with my email. Nothing works it comes back to the same default screen, anyone else having log in problems into My Account. I need to log in to set some changes from Auto Renewal to wait until my subscription runs out and not renew. Thanks.

No problems for me. Try resetting your password and then waiting at least 5 minutes before attempting to log in again with the new password. And note that the login and password you use for the forum is not carried over and used for the My Account Login on the PCTools home page.

Thanks for reply but that did not help me. I have requested to reset the password so I can log in to PC Tools My Account. I copy and paste it, enter my email address and it says password\username invalid, when I try to see if I can set up a new My Account with email address I get a message they I already have an account with this email address.

You should probably contact support about it (if you haven't yet) and they should be able to cancel your auto renewal and also fix your account for you.

I updated some info in MyAccount this past year with a subsequent partial system failure. It took a PM to AChen for Anthony to ultimately fix what was broken.

However, if you cannot log into MyAccount, do you still have a way to PM AChen? Maybe he knows a way to access your account from his side of the situation to do a repair (?).

My Account Log In Issue is resolved, finally able to log in after resetting the password numerous times. Thanks again.
