Just would like to confirm that upon selecting Setting, Quarantine, right clicking on the file and selecting remove will wipe the infected files permanently off my computer? I somehow got slammed with the TDSS trojan virus even with ESET Smart Security running. Spyware Doctor found 91 infected files, rebooted and found 6 more, rebooted and found 9 more (awesome program by the way..thanks). After all that it still missed a few. Malwarebytes found 3 and then finally Superspyware Sweeper found 1. Fortunatley, all three are now not finding any.

Hi
That is correct. Deleting the files/registry entries from quarantine will remove all trace of them from your computer. As long as you know they are definately from a threat it should be safe to delete those entries.
Hope that helps
