not showing one of my hard drives

when i run the program and click on the 'repair' section, i can't see one of my hard drives yet i can see it via windows' disk management.

any suggestions?

We require a log file which will assist us with investigating this further. Could you download the attached and run the .exe. This will create a .txt file. Save this file and send this to us.

i was able to recover my data with another application (GetDataBack for NTFS). too bad pc tools didn't work.
