Automatic renewal??

I am still awaiting a response from customer services regarding a charge made on my mothers credit card for £20.08 Ref no 51577513 on the 17th of November Dri*Pctools.com (952-908-4084).

Please can someone look into this as I have cancelled automatic renewal with Spydoctor customer services and now checking through the credit card statements this charge has been noticed.

Can someone help as I have sent a couple of emails and still no responce from your support email address??

I would like this money refunded ASAP as we do not wish to renew anything.

I notice this has happened to other people on other threads.

I had problems with my account too before and I called them, I had to supply enough information tho for them to process the refund.

I notice that your reference number has 8 digits, normally their invoice number or order number are ranging from 6-7 digits only, that's what the agent that I talk to told me. Maybe their having a hard time finding your mother's account number since your the one who e-mailed them.

When I called them they ask for my e-mail address because they said it was tied up with my account. Here's their number you may wanna call PC Tools customer service: 1-800-764-5783

You may wanna check the details that you have sent them too, but most of the time they ask you back for more details if they can't find your mother's account.

Really all I want is someone to get in contact with me as no one is replying to my emails now and calling is unfortunately not an option.

I thought I would post something on the forum as I am having no joy by email!!
