Twice today spyware doctor had a pop up saying it was blocking access to a bad site. The sites looked okay when I manually checked on Browser defender but the particular malware specified was certainly malware, one mildly harmful the other really bad.
What is puzzling is how the warning came about. In the first case, I was checking 'my account' on Amazon and the pop up occurred. Later when I tried the same thing no pop occurred. The next time a blocking pop up occurred, I was completing a reservation on United Airlines.
In each case I allowed spyware doctor to block what it was trying to block and in both cases I completed my routine transaction.
What is going on? I don't understand.
Thanks
