Hi All,
If you believe Spyware Doctor has detected a False Positive:
Google search the path to get more information on the detected file/s. If the detected file/s do appear to be a FP or you are not sure, it is a good idea to post a history file of the detection and we can investigate this further. You can also contact PC Tools support.
In the meantime, do NOT remove the detected files until we provide an update. If you are absolutely sure that the detected files are FP's, you can place this in the Global Action List.
If you have accidentally removed these files, you can restore these files from Quarantine (by default SD is set to Quarantine. This does not apply if you have changed the settings) or you can reinstall the application being affected.
