Win32.netsky.q and malware detective wizzard ticket

Well I continuously get this window popping up from the 'Windows Security Center' warning me about Win32.netsky.q and my internet is running soooooo slow. I'm not very tech savvy, but I've tried running several programs and can't get it off. I tried running the malware detective wizard, but I don't understand where I'm supposed to get a 'ticket number'
Any help?
