Win32.netsky.q and malware detective wizzard ticket

Well I continuously get this window popping up from the 'Windows Security Center' warning me about Win32.netsky.q and my internet is running soooooo slow. I'm not very tech savvy, but I've tried running several programs and can't get it off. I tried running the malware detective wizard, but I don't understand where I'm supposed to get a 'ticket number'
Any help?

Try scanning with PCT Antivirus free first.

Just installed PCTAV free and there is no malware detective tool. You'll need a registered copy of SD to download this tool to the program and also unlock all the other tools within the program.

Have you tried Haapy's suggestion. The free PCTAV might be able to remove this infection already.
