IE Proxy Settings for all users

Hi, I am trying to figure out the registgry settings, to set an IE proxy for all users. This is on a XPe OS.
I can set it in current user, but it only works on the admin acct. I want it to be set for all users.

The easiest and safest way is to set a policy for all users.
Go to Start > Run > type in gpedit.msc
Next scroll to:
User Configuration > Windows Settings > Internet Explorer Maintenance
> Connection. > Proxy Settings.
Fill in your settings and your done.
(might need to run 'gpupdate /force' (no quotes, space before /) from Start >Run)
