Disable DCC, etc. in add/remove cpl?

Does anyone know how to remove items from the Windows Setup portion of the add/remove control panel? For example, remove Direct Cable Connection from Communications while keeping Dial-Up Networking?

Also, how would you prevent users from selecting File and Print Sharing in the services area when right-clicking on Network Neighborhood?

It might be possible by deleting the key containing the info about DCC. This would be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Setup\OptionalComponents\DCC
