re activate

I had to format my hdd, and re installed the software, but when i try to activate it, it says that my activation code is already in use..

How do i fix this?

Hey

You can only activate the retail version of any PC Tools product once. Once you have activated a license code is generated and emailed to you. You will need to register the product using the license code sent NOT the activation code. You may also download the latest version from www.pctools.com.
