Hello, new windows vista 64 bit user here. I have tried to install software that I need for work and I keep getting a "WIN_MONITOR.exe stopped working and was closed" error message right after I try to install the software and then it is permanently there and keeps popping up a couple times a minute, even after I uninstall the software for work.
I have had to use the system restore already once which was a pain b/c i had to load all my programs etc back on.
My AVG, Spybot, Adaware havent fixed the problem.
if anybody has any clue or help it would be greatly appreciated b/c HP support hasnt helped.
