Does anybody know how to make templates for the Vista Voice Recognition Software?
I work in a clinic as a nurse practitioner and want to be charting while I am talking to the patient and doing their exam.
For instance,
When I am listening to a patient's heart I want to be able to say "Heart Normal" with my bluetooth headset and have my voice recognition actually type out "Heart: regular, rate and rhythm, S1, S2, no murmurs or gallops."
How can I make these quick smart phrases? Any help or referral to someone else is awesomely appreciated!
