I get multiple errors when installing the program and the program simply wont run.

When I install the program I get the errors listed below. I get error number four every time I attempt to install, uninstall or run the program. I have downloaded and installed both the latest and older versions of the program and the version holds no relevancy to the errors produced. The program won’t even start up, all I get is error number four every time I try to start the program.

-- Are you logged into your computer as the administrator or with a user account which has administrative privelages?

-- Is there any other type of anti-malware or anti-spyware programs installed?

-- What is the name of any anti-virus program which you currently have installed?

-- How much memory does your computer have?

-- What size is XP's swap file?

-- Some malware prevents most types of anti-virus and anti-malware programs from installing. You might first download and run Malwarebytes's anti-malware (free version) and see if it finds bad stuff on your computer. Be careful about false positives though when using Malwarebytes. Create a restore point before removing any infections which it says it finds or, better yet, let us know what it finds first!

Anyway, these are just some things off the top of my head which I can think of to check out...

Did you by any chance have an old version of Spyware Dctor installed? If so, that may be the culprit and if so, PM achen for the fix.
