Today SD said my computer was infected with Trojan.DuckIRC while downloading Xmas stationery from Thundercloud.net. Does anyone know if this is a false positive?

Thundercloud had problems last week with SD tagging them with false positives. This was supposed to be cleared up and Thundercloud is still recommending SD to their subscribers.

Last week SD said my computer was infected with Spyware.Found_By_BrowserDefender probably because I use Thundercloud's start page. It turned out to be a false positive.

Hi Domor,

This has been escalated to be further analyzed. If these are FP's, we will fix this issue asap.

When I reported on my post of 30 Nov, I placed Trojan.DuckIRC in the GAL. On an automatic Intilli Scan this morning SD flagged it again. This time I removed it and SD placed it in Quarantine. When I checked GAL, it was no longer there. Does SD remove items from the GAL when it places them in Quarantine?

I am still waiting for a solution to Trojan.DuckIRC.

Thanks,
Domor
