Renewal Fees

I have just been invited by PC TOOLS to renew my subscription for SD/AV as my licence expires in 30 days.I am informed that SD/AV is going to cost me AUD $59.95 to renew, so I go to my account and there the renewal fee is AUD $49.95. As I also use Registry Mechanic renew at AUD $49.95.
This is not an incentive for me to renew both of these products as I have been a loyal customer for the past 4 years.
So PC TOOLS what say you adjust your prices for loyal customers and give them the incentive to stay with your company.

Hi Aussie Dave,

The price difference is related to the AV plugin. It looks like you received the renewal email for SD+AV as you originally had the AV plugin and since, have disabled it, hence the difference in pricing (SD standalone) in MyAccount.

Regarding loyalty discounts, the team is currently working on a loyal customer discount scheme and this will be available soon. I am unable to comment further on this, but once I hear anything, I'll let you know more.
