Ticket number ??

When using Malware Dective I am asked to "search for malware and send the report to pc tools" . After I run the test the form asks me for a ticket number, I put in my licence key but it won't send and keeps asking for a valid ticket number.
Please help.

I'm not sure, but I think Malware Detective is only supposed to be used whenever PC Tools requests that you run it. Thus it asks for a ticket number because a PC Tools rep is supposed to have already issued you a ticket number and requested that you run Malware Detective?
