Dear all, my PC is infected by TrojanDownloader.FakeAlert.KD.
NOD32 is able to block it and put it in quarantine area but if I scan my PC with NOD32 and with Spyware Doctor, they don’t find anything. Why?
This Trojan starts occasionally and slow down the PC until NOD32 blocks it. The Trojan starts always if I use FileMaker, the Trojan stop the FileMaker start up and doesn’t allow to end it. I uninstalled and installed FileMaker again but whiteout good results.
Could you help me?

Thanks in advance.

From what you wrote I assume that you have Spyware Doctor without antivirus and that what you have is a virus, therefore SD will not catch it.

Why Nod32 (antivirus) will not completely remove it is the problem.

You can try to download and scan with another product like Antivir.

I would delete all temp files using a program like Cleanup! and remove your restore points before this as these are common places for viruses to hide. Make sure that you turn restore point back on when down scannng.

I hope that helps.
