Hey guys,
Just purchased and installed the File Recover program. I run Windows XP and every single one of my very complex design programs are absolutely rock steady. Your program crashes every single time I attempt to run a File Recovery and it matters not if it is a quick, or a deep scan. I've tried the quick scan three times with all of them crashing out the program. I've done one deep scan and got all the way until it said 100% and Poof! the whole thing gone. I have wasted an hour and a half of possible productivity in my boat design business chasing this silliness.
That's USD$120 bucks worth of my time that I can not bill for, or recover. due to a crappy program. I see that there are plenty of others here who are having the times of their lives with the same program, so it's not an anomaly.
I have deleted the first install, downloaded a second file from your server, reinstalled the program and it does the exact same thing.
Right now, I'm pretty well pissed off and unless you guys have some very clever ideas and can make this thing work very soon, I will want a full refund on my credit card (Verified) immediately.
Please attend to this issue promptly.
