Virus on pc.

Hi everybody,

I ran a scan on my spyware doctor with anti virus today and it picked up the following:

antivirus detected files
Trojan.VBS.IFrame

I checked the website and there is no info on any of these, I never heard of the first ones. I did a windows update today as well, not sure if that is related.

If anybody can offer any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Hi Paul,

To quickly remove Trojan.VBS.IFrame (Symantec calls it IFrame.Exploit), download and install this patch from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS01-020.asp

Most of the Antivirus has different identification of viruses. you may check it with the antivirus site that identified it. :)
