Not doing its job

I've had PG for over a year now and just realized that the cookies aren't being cleared from the temp internet file folder for IE7, the other files are- but cookies aren't. Also, the history list for Real Player is also being ignored. The settings are all correct and telling PG to delete these files, but it's not. Suggestions?

Privacy Guardian does not currently clean the latest version of Internet Explorer 7. The developers are currently working on this issue.

Please make sure you stay up to date with the latest Updates so that your issues will be resolved as soon as we have made a fix available via updates.

GET REAL!! IE7 has been out for 2 years. Cookies are the most common form of tracking internet users and you people are "working" on this issue?
I canceled my subscription to Spyware Doctor last May...will be doing the same to PG. The program is a sham.
