please help

hii my computer has to much virus :( and i have SPYWARE DOCTOR WIth ANTIVIRUS. but after i install it and try to open it it say "RUN SMART UPDATE"
when i click on run smart update and then press "NEXT" it say''s "THE SUBCRIPITION STATUS IS INVAILD PLEASE CONTRACT SUPPORT":mad:
please help i need to get rid of VIrus,,:)
BTW my name is ROMEY not ROMEu just in hurry.lol:D
