Hi
That file is in Windows System Restore. The only way to do that is to clear previous system restore points. Please do the following:
Reset System Restore.
Now you should disable System restore to purge any infected files and then re-enable it,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Restart your computer
Turn ON System Restore
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Un-Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Hope that helps

Hi, Matt
Thanks for the help. I do that you say, clear previous system restore points, but my question is how to delete the archive in quarantine. I use PC Tools Antivirus free and I like it, but I search how to definitively destroy the treat that's in quarantine and don't found how to.
Thanks for the answer.
Regards.
Saludos, reveri.

Hi Reveri,
To remove quarantine files, all you need to do is go to the Status screen-> Click on "Restore Infections from Quarantine-> tick the checkbox for the quarantined files you wish to remove-> Remove.
