Issues I have with PCTools Anti-Virus 5

There are some very annoying things i have experienced with PCTools Anti-Virus 5.

1. Auto Update Does not work or may not be implemented.
2. PCTools Anti- Virus Engine Error 104
3. Big Lag Issues with program start ups (not PCtools just every other program on my PCs).

I am sorry to say that Every PC i have fixed in the last 2 Weeks (i installed PCTools Anti virus 5 on each) are having this "Error 104" issue. total 5 PCs

I am going to discontinue using PCTools Anti-Virus 5, since i can't have these issues.

What operating systems are on these PCs? Any other security software installed?
I'm not sure what you mean by auto updates, do you mean updates that run in the background?

2 XP SP3

all using Spyware Doctor 6

I have since removed PCTools Anti-Virus 5 from all PCs. it is not worth the hassle.
