No Minimize in IE5

Is there a way to disable the minimize "command"(doubleclicking on bar and clicking on minimize icons)

(tried NoMinimize in HKCU\Software\Policies\MS\IE\Restrictions and in HKCU\Software\MS\Win\CV\Policies\Explorer
