Is SD registered to an expired license subscription? Generally this problem occurs because of that reason. If you bought a new license instead of renewing, then best way to sort this out is to send AChen a private message with your code and he can fix this for you.

Hi
Send a Private Message (PM) to AChen (http://www.pctools.com/forum/member.php?find=lastposter&t=53495) with details of your license and he will sort you out.
Hope that helps
