Find Files and Folders

Is there a way, on any OS, Win2K in my case, to clear the list of items in the named field when you search for Files and Folders? Just curious....

Check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer Bars\{C4EE31F3-4768-11D2-BE5C-00A0C9A83DA1}\FilesNamedMRU

On my machine I deleted the required entries in here and they no longer appear when you type a search.
