We've checked and everything appears ok from our end and we could not recreate the problem.
Can you check what file the update is failing on?
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

As I reported in another posted that remains unanswered my auto update is not working. I still have to update manually each evening.

I have tested the auto smart updates and didn't come across any problems.
Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling SD to see if it resolves the problem?

I will do that and let you know the result following the daily update.

I am unable to update either automatically or manually on both my computers. I am curently in Thailand and the time is 9:00am here = 3:00am GMT
They are runing XP-Pro one has SP3 the other SP2. I get message "Error downloading one or more files. Please try again later" I have tried rebooting, no difference. The dowload bar moves two segments before it stops.
Any ideas, thanks
