Windows XP Security Center Reports AV is Turned Off

Win XP SP3, SD/AV 6.0.0.362, DV 5.10550, AV 6.0.0.6. I have other associates reporting in with this. Seemed to have started today.

SD/AV Status Page indicates everything is OK.

I have also noticed this today. I have rebooted and yet the problem persists.
Intelli sigs 1,136,639 & today 1,136,656 this is when the problem showed up. am also running XP Pro SP 3 SD/AV6.0.0.362 D/B 5.10550 A/V 6.0.0.6
