i have sd/av and its saying bg is disabled,i have tried to uninstall-install but does same thing,i have it activated on my account/plug in management?

Do you have ThreatFire installed also ?
Did you have ThreatFire installed ?

If you have , uninstall it thirst.

If you did ,then run ccleaner to clean the registry for possible traces.

If still no good , run hijackthis and remove any possible system hooks/services/startup items of ThreatFire after (possible) messed up uninstall.

i ran regedit,ccleaner,regseeker,comodo reg cleaner no luck?

As xlebywek mentioned, do you have ThreatFire installed?
You can only install one or the other.

If you do not have ThreatFire installed, could you send myself a PM with your license code and I'll look into this.
