Hello,

I have never used this forum and hope I'm in the right place. I am not computer literate so bear with me. My computer had a bug which Spyware Doctor could not remove. My daughter did some research and found Malwarebytes could remove the bug. My daughter installed Malwarebytes and it did remove the bug. Then Spyware Doctor wouldn't work and then the computer wouldn't start except in safe mode. I uninstalled Malwarebytes and Spyware Doctor still wouldn't work and computer wouldn't start except in safe mode. I uninstalled Spyware Doctor and the computer worked fine. I wanted some basic spyware protection and installed Adaware - same problem, it didn't work and computer would not start. Uninstalled Adaware and everything is fine.

Seems to me Malwarebytes did something to my computer.

Would appreciate anyone who has experienced this problem and could help me get Spyware Doctor working again.

Thank you very much for the help.

John

Hi
You may be better off looking for help at the Malwarebytes' (http://www.malwarebytes.org/forum) forum. They have an excellent team who will help you with your problem.
However, if you want I can assist you here also? If that is the case, please post the scan log from Malwarebytes' (located in C:\Documents and Settings\<User name>\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt)
