computer stuck on Initializing

i have recently installed spyware doctor enterprise on 16 PCs but one had a serious problem and had to be rebuilt but i cant remove its entry from the spyware doctor group it just stays at initializing for the product status. i cant remove the entry from the spyware server console and i have now repaired the PC but cant get it to install remotely and even trying to install locally and rebooting the server and PC as not helped.

Hi Billy68,

What happens when you try to reinstall? do you receive any error messages? If so could you post screenshots of the error message?

Do you have any other security applications on the machine where you are trying to reinstall the client?

Hi Ive managed to resolve the situation now done a uninstall from the client then tried a reinstall from the server to the client a couple of times and this seemed to resolve the problem. thanks for your offer of help.
