Today I got a mail from element 5 telling me:
Your "Spyware Doctor - Subscription Renewal" license has been successfully
renewed by element 5 using the payment information provided at signup.
......
In summary, your MasterCard credit card has been debited with USD 29.95
for the following subscription period:
......
If I'm right, the renewal fee should be 19.95.
It is the second time I have to request a refund and I'm quite disappointed.
