Internet Options & View hidden files

Is there anyway of disabling the "Internet options" feature in MS Paint under Help, Help Topics, Options.

Also..

Looking for a registry edit that will disable/enable the "Do not show hidden files" in Folder options, View: Hidden files.

Any help would be grateful

You can remove help entirely by renaming C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\hhctrl.ocx

For Do not show hidden files:
