Windows Dreamscene

Hi, I have a Sony Vaio with Windows Vista Ultimate and whenever I try to set one of the Dream Scene videos as my background it does nothing just has a black screen, but they play fine in Windows Media Player? I know I have a good MPEG Codec and I have uninstalled Nero Suite. What should I do to fix this problem?

Two minimum requirements for running Vista Home Premium, Vista Business and Vista Ultimate are 1GB System Memory [RAM] and 128MB video memory. Do you have those?

Yes and actually I figured out what the problem was, I had the MPEG 2 Codec installed, but is was not actiavted so it did not take effect on my system.
