spyware doctor with antivirus best settings

Hello friends,this is my first thread ,I´ve installed spyware doctor with antivirus and I´d like to know what are the best settings to be more protected.Thanks:)

I pretty much go with the default.

General - Download and install updates (silently)
Advanced - everything check off
Scan Settings - everything except Create Restore Point removal
Scheduled Task - this depends if you keep the system on 24/7
Run Full scan on my file server and media server at once a week at night and intell-scan during the day every day. Other PCs the same.

Anti-virus Settings leave the defaults.

tipstir thanks for your help,I´d like to know if I can turn off "start up guard"?I think this cause a delay on windows start.Thanks:)

I personally not recommend to you to turn of ANY sd guard
