I Have Spyware terminator to scan only, Also have the paid version of SD version 6.0.0362

Will i will scanning for spyware using Spyware terminator and it found this
In C:/program files/SpywareDoctor/klg.dat

What gives? what am i supposed to do? let spyware terminator remove it report it as false postitive?
