Hi, I would like to know if you've actually tried the above tweak.... and if it actually works fine. There're many instructions to follow, if I juz wanna increase my cable modem's upstream and downstream speed, wat must I do? Do I have to do all that's stated? Thanks....
I'm running on Win 98 SE by the way.
By the way, those files provided at www.speedguide.net says that the d/l programs will automatically tweak for the user. True?
