Is it possible to remove/hide programs from the close programs list when you hit ctrl-alt-del?

I want to know how to take programs off the close program list too, but see no replies. Can some expert give some advise.

Hi Guys, Why do you want to do this? Are you talking about programs that you no longer have that are still showing?

The purpose of doing this is to stop the user(s)
from ctrl-alt-delete to exit the program(s)
which I want it to run all the time.
