Shut Down Problem

I recently added a cd-rw (Acer) to my computer running win98se. Now whenever I try to shut down my system it automatically reboots, and the only way to turn the PC off is to disconnect the power suppply. Very annoying. Ideas?

<font color=blue> Ok Easy Cd 4 is know to cause shutdown problems. Go to there website and go to the download section, they have a patch that will fix the problem. </font color=blue>
