Cannot launch DM after install it...

I cannot launch it...can anyone help me???i already reinstall it but could not work...

Hi Cofuse,

What happens when you try to run DM? Do you receive any error message?
What is your operating system?

In the meantime, please try to run DM in safe mode and see if this works.

To Restart the computer in Safe mode:
*When the computer starts back up, begin immediately by pressing the F8 key repeatedly until the Windows Startup menu appears with various options.
*By using the up and down arrow keys on the keyboard, select 'Safe Mode'.
Do not select 'Safe Mode with networking' or any other modes.

Did you manage to launch DM?
If not, could you try clicking on the system tray icon? and see if this launches DM.

properly DM already dock in the system tray.
