I'm trying to get rid of a spyware on my Pc called Advanced XP fixer. I opened a ticket and I was told to run a full scan with Safe mode with Networking. The mod told me to press F8 when I start my computer and I got a menu like this

This was in a blue background. I been trying to solve this issues and I been messing with this program for about day and a half. I just want to get rid of the problem, and i was told SD was the best choice for removing this Spyware.
